Returns & Refunds I hope you love your Detty Design jewellery. However, if you change your mind, you have 14 days from the day you receive your order to let me know that you wish to return it. You then have a further 14 days to return the item. Returned items should be unused, unworn and in their original condition. Customers are responsible for the cost of return postage for change-of-mind returns. Personalised or custom-made items cannot normally be returned for a change of mind. If your item arrives faulty, damaged or is not as described, please contact me as soon as possible so I can help resolve the issue. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item or receiving evidence that it has been sent back, as applicable. Nothing in this returns policy affects your statutory rights.
